This place is close to the center of the city. This city has rarely hotel. This may correlate that this city is not a tourist destination. Actually this city has some beautiful destination to see, like kayangan or a big reservoir called Gadjah Mungkur. Because of this may cause the hotel can not make a good maintenance. Last year I came to this hotel, they provide towel, now they don't do that anymore. Last year the bed cover was clean and white, this year become greyish. The same with the toilet. It is less clean than before.i suggest even it is rarely guest to come, try to always make a good maintenance.

Already paid and ordered a week ago. When we arrived at the lobby it was late afternoon, the receptionist told us to wait 30 minutes just to check in. I've been waiting for 30 minutes but it turns out the room I booked doesn't exist and the accommodation is full. The accommodation gave their hands off and ordered to refund the funds independently from the application and did not take any action such as helping to find new accommodation as a form of compensation, even though it was raining heavily that afternoon on the weekend and most of the accommodation had no rooms. Very bad and disappointing service.

where is the hotel that checks in at OYO class without providing towels?? yeah here... If you don't ask, don't give it. asked for a towel for bathing instead he answered that he gave it after sunset, I'm from out of town, I want to take a shower and wait until sunset??? For those who want to stay overnight, bring a toiletry towel too...

Bad service...stayed 3 nights, there were some unpleasant things...from the electricity going down and down and the water turning off when showering...and running out of tokens...not to mention the male employees who weren't friendly at all...
